Day 2 of my body wellness journey and already off to a swell start. I had two Keebler Elf fudge shoppe cookies this morning for "breakfast", and I'll have you know I'm about to eat the 3 that I packed in a sandwich baggy and brought along with me to work (don't judge me).
Didn't bring a lumch with me today, so I am going to have to grab something. Also, I just need an excuse to get the fuck out of this stuffy office. I'm thinking Chick-fil-A. But alas, it is only 9:56AM and lunch period doesn't start until 11:30.
Also forgot to bring my 1-liter water jug with me today, but I am still drinking water. We have a water cooler in the office. I'll just try to fill my little styrofoam cup up more than once today.
I figure since this is going to be a blog about building a better body for myself, I may as well include my Noogling/Pueraria Mirifica progress as well. If you don't know what either of those things are, they are natural alternatives to breast enhancement. Noogleberry makes a breast pump that comes with two domed cups that you place on each breast, and then use the pump that is attached to the cups by hoses to "suction" the cups onto your breasts. The force of the suction pulls your breasts further inside the cups, and you can pump as much as you can stand (it does get painful after a certain point.) There are different methods you can use too, like the "pump and release" or just simply holding the suction for the whole period of time you are noogling. I usually just hold the suction for the hour or so that I "noogle". In addition to the noogling, I am going to start taking the PM that my husband bought for me like a year ago (it expires this December, so I gotta use it up.) PM is a natural herb that is highly estrogenic. It is a plant found in northern/northeastern Thailand and Myanmar. Other benefits of taking PM besides increasing bust size, is skin, hair and nail health, balancing hormones, and helping to clear acne-prone skin. I have been an acne sufferer for over 10 years, so it will be interesting to see if this has any effect on clearing my complexion.
I have been noogling for about two weeks now, and people have reported noticeable changes after just 2-3months of use. For more permanent results, I believe you have to noogle for a minimum of 6 months. Some women (and even men) get a lot of swelling when noogling, but I barely gain half an inch after each session. Depending on how long you noogle for each session will also determine how long the swelling sticks around. Any little bit of swelling I get usually goes down within a half-hour. Some people's swelling lasts a few hours. But again, that will depend on how long you have been noogling and how long you leave the cups on.
I will also be taking a calcium supplement with my PM, because the calcium helps it to better absorb into your system, and I need all the help I can get. I honestly don't have high expectations for the PM, but what do I have to lose?
I am currently at a 34B and hope to at least be at a full "C" by the end of my journey.
I plan on taking some "before" body shots and will post later. I figure if I "publicly shame" myself on the internet by posting pictures of my dumpy body, it will give me more incentive to want to work out and be fit and healthy so I can sort of "redeem" myself. Be like "yea, I looked like shit before, but so what? Look at me now!" Plus, it's only fair to let you know what I'm starting with, and it will make the end result look that much better :P
Lunch update: Chick-fil-A was hella busy, so I opted for Bojangles instead. I decided on a grilled chicken sandwich with mac n' cheese as the side, and got a Pepsi to wash it all down. It would really be in my best interest to start a healthier diet, especially given my cardiac history. I had a cardiac ablation back in August 2013 to correct my bigeminy. Recently, I've noticed I'm having palpitations again and they seem to be getting more frequent. Not only that, but I can actually feel a majority of them as they are happening. I've also been feeling super drained and run-down more recently. That could also be my low vitamin D levels. So hopefully now that I have started taking a vitamin D supplement, I'll notice a change in my energy levels. If not, I guess I'll be making another appointment with the cardiologist. But I'm sure it's nothing a little exercise and healthier eating habits can't remedy..
