Another morning where I can barely keep myself awake..starting off today with a honeybun for breakfast. At least I am drinking water (no, not from my jug. I left it at home again). Today's workout will focus on the lower body. You know what that means: squats and lunges. Ughhh not looking forward to it. Especially since my form sucks and I'm not even sure I'm doing the exercises right, therefore I question if I'm even getting the full benefit. God, why can't I just suck less. Update #1: So I finally got my Chick-fil-A today. Got a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a sweet tea. So, I do the workout, which consisted of 16 plank rotations and 80 punches. After I got done, I thought to myself, "wow, that was actually really easy. I didn't even break a sweat!", and even questioned it asking myself if that was really all there was to it for today's workout. I walked over to our bedroom where my husband was working out, and asked if I coul...
