Another morning where I can barely keep myself awake..starting off today with a honeybun for breakfast. At least I am drinking water (no, not from my jug. I left it at home again). Today's workout will focus on the lower body. You know what that means: squats and lunges. Ughhh not looking forward to it. Especially since my form sucks and I'm not even sure I'm doing the exercises right, therefore I question if I'm even getting the full benefit. God, why can't I just suck less. Update #1: So I finally got my Chick-fil-A today. Got a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a sweet tea. I realize that I need to start making healthier food choices or none of this stuff I'm going to be doing the remainder of the 28 days will matter.
